I bought the turbo tax software from Costco and I followed the instructions, but can't enter the payment code. how do I enter my pay code?

I bought the package for 8 and usually submit them at different times. Will turbo tax ask me for the payment code when I am ready to submit the 1st return?  

I usually buy the program to download to my computer, but this time I did the online download. Why can't I save the return on my hard drive as I normally do?

TurboTax online will ask for the pre payment code just before you go to file. Here is how you will enter it.

With TurboTax Online- you need to save your returns in your Online account- therefore they will not be saved on your hard drive until after you have completed your return and choose to save a PDF then the PDF will be stored on your computer.

I paid for the online turbo tax at  Costco and have the activation code.  It is showing I owe for each return when the standard I have paid for should include 8 returns.  As well, it is not accepting my code when I enter it and hit apply.  Any help with this would be appreciated.
