Hey Ginette, 

I also have an issue with my 2016 installation code. The last 3 digits have rubbed off the sticker that has the code on it. If I give support the rest of the code, will they be able to give me the last 3 digits?

Unfortunately, we don't have any information about your 2016 software. We do not have your license code when you purchase TurboTax software at a retailer.
