I just completed our 2025 returns, saved them as PDFs, printed them but now am unable to Netfile them (button is greyed out. I cannot find them under my Documents either

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update your software. If it's not automatically updating when you launch the program, click on Help>Check for updates on the grey menu bar. 

If it's still not updating, try reinstalling the program using the download from our website.
