My past filed tax returns are not showing up/not accessible - TT says all past returns are saved, how can I access all filed tax returns from 2019-2021?

I already tried the video but it didnt help. my log in screen didnt have access to old returns

Did you use TurboTax Online for your previous returns? If so, do you have more than one account? Your returns may be in another account if that is the case.

If you used TurboTax CD/Download in previous years, then your returns were saved to your computer, not our servers. We would not have copies of your returns.

If you were using the free version does it keep your returns? I can't find mine on here and I need it to sign into the CRA , I did happen to find a copy on my computer but need the one filed from TT!

By the way I tried to use the video but I did Not have the options it suggested? I'm  also not sure why everytime you ask a question TT opens soo many windows and it asks to keep signing in?

This site is totally frustrating for us older folks, it's not clear on the answers either!

@Monih57 All TurboTax Online returns are saved as a PDF file starting with the 2019 tax year. For 2017 & 2018, Free returns were not saved unless you bought the Plus package.
