Sorry for your loss. You will have to "prepare" the tax returns separately using TurboTax and the deceased spouse's return must be mailed in. You may have to partially prepare each return in order to get the correct numbers for certain credits (such as "pension splitting"). After you have completed both returns, you can mail your spouse's return in and NetFile your's at the same time.

I don't need to do pension splitting. My husband's pension was lower than mine. To do his return do I just enter the receipts and t-slips and releves
up to the date of his death?
What about the amount that came addressed to succession?
I am the sole beneficiary.
@GiselaU Yes, you would enter his slips & things from before his death on his last return. If he has income from after that, you may need to do another return.
