on line, very disappointing tried multiple times for myself an d my wife, accepted by CRA, but turbo tax to went around and around

I have tried safari and firefox and the mobile app. I think the issue is on the server side. I cleared all cache, used private browsing but I still see the same message - MYName may still be signed in to CRA. I followed instructions and still did not work. Created a new return and still see the same message.
@mvsw Try signing into your CRA account first and the start the auto-fill process.
