turbo tax for 2023 is down i keep getting the sad puppy message saying "this shouldn't happen". is all of my work gone!? I've tried deleting browsing history, incognito.

how do i get back into my 2023 taxes. turbo tax is broken for a full day now!!!

Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try signing into TurboTax 2023 with this link: https://ww1.2023.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/secure/interview?_action=reset
