Please look on your payment page - when it shows what you are paying for - does it say, TurboTax Standard? If you chose any upgrade or another edition this may be the reason why it is asking you to pay again.
Did you sign in to the same account to complete the next return? All returns must be completed under the main account.
Once you are signed in to your TurboTax Online account and would like to start a different return, you will click on "Start a new return" and you will not be charged for any other one if you purchased the TurboTax Standard 8 returns.
