Entry of Capital gains - T5008 or Schedule 3?

I have imported my T5008 from CRA. There are stock gains shown. In my return, there are gains shown only from T3, T5, T5013 and T4PS slips. The gains from the entered T5008 slip does not appear in my income or in Schedule 3.
