How can I transfer unusued tuition amounts (that I do not need becuase I already have a refund and no tax owing) in the current tax year to a spouse?
I'm trying to transfer unused tuition amounts to my spouse, but can't -- the program tells me the amount to transfer is $0, however, I have no tax owing.
How do I enter a transferred tuition amount from my spouse (not my child)? My spouse is not listed as a dependent.
