I am going absolutely bonkers. I have tried 32 times to "start my tax return" and each time the online version attempts to transfer last year's data, I get an error message with a stupid puppy. I have called 3 times and had extremely lengthy conversations and done all the things and still no luck. Nobody who works at turbo tax is able to help me and now I am ready to say screw it and find a new program. I have 2 self-employed returns to do and we are a family of 6, and all the info from years past is in the online version. How do I get this imported properly without having to re-add it all myself?
