TurboTax and other software programs must wait for CRA's approval and finalization of forms to activate the Print Option. At this point, you may be seeing incorrect figures as the forms are not complete and finalized.
Please check closer to the end of January.
2019 DSUM is still showing errors in the comparative information for 2018 so doesn't appear related to approval of current year forms and unrelated to Print option. Current year data appears to be populating correctly and on review of the 2018 Turbotax, all data is complete and correct. Comparative data for 2018 seems to be missing in the Non-refundable tax credits and information flowing through from Basic federal tax - yet Subtotals appear to be correct. Comparative data for spouse appears to populate fine. Something glitchy in the DSUM form re: the comparative year?
Because our support agents can view your screen, they would be your best option right now to understand where the discrepancy lies.
If the agent cannot resolve your issue then please have them put in an "escalation" as they may need more information from you.
Thanks for your reply.
Magically, now it works.
The latest update must have done the trick.
