Yes, you can enter data in any order in TurboTax, though the software typically defaults to a guided step-by-step interview.  On both the Online and Desktop versions, you can select specific tabs (e.g., Income, Deductions, or Other Tax Situations) to jump directly to the section you want to work on.

• Personal Info First: It is highly recommended to complete the Personal Info section before moving to other areas, as this profile determines which forms and credits the software will later suggest.
• Save and Return: TurboTax saves your progress automatically, allowing you to enter some information, leave, and come back later to complete other sections in any order you choose.
