When calculating recreational property rental income and expenses, does turbo tax automatically calculate the percent of ownership?
I have a rental property. Can I claim its mortgage interest in income or expenses from a rental poperty section OR in investment expenses section as well?
I sold my house in 23 and moved cross country. I purchased a new home but it was in January 2024. Can I put this purchase in new house expenses section of moving claims?
