I received two 1042-S forms for royalties of USD 9.00 each totaling USD 18.00. The TurboTax upgrade costs CAD 80.00. What do I do?

If you have a Windows 10/11 pc, then you can use TurboTax CD/Download instead of TurboTax Online. But you will need to start anew return from scratch.

It is rediculous to pay $80 for TurboTax to claim USD $18 of royalties.
