2020 first year to use online version, so many problems and had to file. Now cannot access 2020 program or files to do 2021. Do not wish to do online.

Unfortunately, you can't import or open TurboTax Online returns in TurboTax CD/Download. TurboTax Online can't create .tt files, which is what TurboTax CD/Download uses.
