Can I export .tt19 file for my 2019 tax return from turbotax ONLINE version? I want to start using the desktop version from 2020 year onward and need the 2019 tax file.

Unfortunately, you can't transfer TurboTax Online returns into TurboTax CD/Download. TurboTax Online can't create .tt files, which is what TurboTax CD/Download uses.
