Yes, but CRA rules limit the amount of returns you can NETFILE or print to 20 returns. So you can make as many test returns as you like, but you can only file 20 returns.
If you need to file more than 20 returns, you would need to get an EFILE number from the CRA and use professional level software like Intuit’s Profile.
