Do I claim items such as boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, etc. which were used for shipping in the shipping expenses area, or office supplies?
If the boxes, bubble wrap, and packing paper were directed related to shipping, then yes it will be included in shipping expenses and not office supplies.
