My corporate year end is December 31, 2018 if i purchase the T2 packge today will it be updated free to December 31st 2018 ?

For a December 31st return you will require TurboTax Business Incorporated 2018 which will be available in the next week or two.  The October 31st will not get updated to December 31st.
