I cannot find where to enter Ontario's chidren's activity tax credit.

Where do I add it?
It says the opportunity will come up later (when I'm entering federal tax credits), but nothing appears until the provincail summary, where it says $0.  There was no opportunity in between to enter it!

You can no longer claim child fitness amount for tax year 2017

As per CRA- children’s fitness and arts tax credits:Effective for the 2017 and subsequent taxation years, both credits will be eliminated
