I was billed $110 for a call with expert

I purchased a turbotax version that comes with expert assist. However after a call with an expert I was billed $110 for the service ($92.40 after discount). Is this correct billing? Is the service not included in the product? I for sure did not see any indication that this service will cost when I arranged for the call, only afterwards got a dialog popping up showing $110 and asking for credit card details at the last step before submitting my filing.

As per our website, Expert Assist Self-Employed costs $110 per return.
