I was planning to use the TurboTax online version this year. Can I switch back and forth from easyfile to the forms version with the online version

Unfortunately, if you are using TurboTax Online, there is no ability to edit the actual CRA forms. You can only see the forms by printing or downloading the PDF archive of your return.
