Can I declare business expense a service even if the incoices are not under my name?

I've started as self-employed and I've used my phone every day for business. However, the mobile phone contract is under my wife's name, because she added my number to her existing contract.
We live at the same address, and that address match with my business address.

If she is not involved with the business and you don’t pay her back for the phone expenses, I wouldn’t recommend including them. But it’s probably best if you double check with the CRA on this issue. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647704
