where can I find home office deductions on Turbo Tax?

If the expenses are related to self-employed income, they are entered during the interview for each business in the Self-Employment section of the Income tab.

If they are related to income from employment, it is in the Employment Expênses section of the Income tab. Make sure you check Office in Home Expenses on the Employment Expense Profile page.
