Yes, you can use TurboTax Cd/Download in this situation. However, you'll need to download Form T2203 from the CRA's website, fill that in, and then enter the information from this form into TurboTax. You'll also need to manually override some amounts that TurboTax calculates for you, which means that you will not be able to electronically file your return using NETFILE.
