It would depend on which province you live in, how old you are and if you did any of the work in order to improve access for someone with disabilities.
The federal government has the Home accessibility tax credit (HATC) and the Medical Expense Tax Credit, but these require you to either be 65 or older, or have a disabled person in your house hold.

British Columbia and New Brunswick also have credits for Seniors and/or people with disabilities.
If you are in Quebec, you can’t claim the RénoVert tax credit because it requires that the work be done by a qualified contractor.
