I have entered self employment income but Turbotax has not asked me to enter business expenses from my completed T2125E form. How can i incorporate this into my return?

When you entered your self-employment information and if you continue, you will come to the T2125 where it will ask if you have any business expenses to claim. 

You will go to the "Income" section of your return- scroll down to self-employment and continue and you will need to keep on going through the pages and click on continue until you get to the page which will show the T2125, there you will be able to enter all your business expenses.
