Where do I activate this online version?

In TurboTax Online, you don’t have to pay or put in your prepaid code until you want to file or print your return. But if you really want to put in your payment code right away, then just choose CRA Online Mail from under File in the bottom of the left side menu and continue through there. You will need to do the review, but you will eventually get to the page that requests a payment code.

If you don’t see the File option yet, you’ll need to complete up to the Income part of the interview for the full menu to be visible.

I did as instructed, but didn't get an activation code

Hello????? Anyone there????? I still need an activation code. Your website says 0 minutes wait. What a joke. I waited 1 hour and 13 minutes last night. When I called now, it said 43 minutes. 

How do I get an activation code? I have followed your instructions multiple times. No luck.

I have always used the CD Turbox Tax without any issues.

Using the online version does not work!!! I cannot enter my prepaid code or my activation code!

@818587 The instructions I posted above are not for getting an activation code, they are for using a code if you already have one. If you don’t have a code, you can scroll down & click continue to pay for your return using a credit card.

@nipilo First off, make sure that you are using the 11-digit code from the scratch card. If that is what you are using, and it’s not working, please contact our social team or our phone support for further assistance.
