    18 Month QuickBooks Self-Employed Trial randomly ending early

    Hi!

     

    When I filed my 2019 taxes using TurboTax Self-Employed (online edition) in April of 2020, I was offered the 18-month QBSE trial. I accepted it and followed the instructions, completing signup in April. I'm now going to start being charged this November, which is not even 12 months, let alone 18, since the sign up.

     

    I can't seem to get any assistance for why this has happened to my account. Can someone please assist me into understanding why my offer was suddenly terminated early?

    18 Month QuickBooks Self-Employed Trial randomly ending early

    You will need to contact Quickbooks and ask them as this was a supposed to be for18 months. Sign in to your QuickBooks and you will see the number to contact them directly.
