2019 TURBOTAX BASIC - OVERRIDES WILL NOT REMOVE

I'm trying to file my 2019 taxes, it says

You performed one or more overrides that have made your return ineligible for NETFILE. You must remove (cancel) these overrides in order to use NETFILE. If you choose not to remove them, you must send your return by mail.

However I don't have any overrides, I click "remove overrides" and the error just persists?

You can see what overrides are on your return by selecting Edit > Form Overrides > Find/Remove Overrides in Forms mode.
