2021 Premium Turbotax - previous years returns

I purchased 2021 Premium Turbotax for download from Costco.  After loading it, it did not present my 2020 returns for transfer.  When I log onto my account via the turbotax site (ww1.2021.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca), I can transfer my 2020 return information to initiate my 2021 returns but they still don't appear when I open the 2021 downloaded program.  What gives?

Unfortunately, you can't transfer TurboTax Online returns into TurboTax CD/Download. TurboTax Online can't create .tt files, which is what TurboTax CD/Download uses.
