I bought my Turbo Tax at Costco like I do every year.
I installed the 2024 system but my key comes up not valid error code 603 but it says authorized for 0/5 installs.
But when I log on with my ipad I'm good to go.
Never seen this over the last decade or so using this program.
Should I return this back to COSTCO & figure out another system ?
Is this product purchased from Costco in Canada or from US?

This was purchased in Canada at a Canadian Costco in Edmonton.
TurboTax Desktop Canadian version can only be downloaded up to 3 devices ( Windows OS) not on a MAC or an iPad. It was always 3 installs per License code & we never had 5 installs allowed for a Desktop version.
Well aside from not being to send a pic as it’s too big for your system.
it states 0/5 Active.
& states: installed on 0 out of 5 machines.
still same error code.
This is installed on my home desk top with windows.
So I’m not able to use this program, Frustrating as it was a great tool to use. Plus what the program cost.
