I accidentally closed out my turbo tax on line and now I cannot get back in - I have tried resubmitting the activation code but I do not get in

Any information you had entered before closing TurboTax would have been saved.

my frustration level is off the charts with this program. I purchased it at staples but am not able to install it on my main computer but have installed it on my laptop. It recognizes that I have a licensed version, but I'm unable to advance to the next screen.
