What to do it's the second year this happens I'm tired of not being able to submit on line last year called TurboTax and nobody was able to clarify or even worst to fix the issue. There is nothing wrong with anything in my personal information I even called RevenuQuebec. So please please call me or answer me by email now that you asked for and got it. This became too frustrating buying this software for so long and having to have to go with paper version mailed to RevenuQuebec. In addition have top pay money to secure the service. Common please help out and solve this big issue it's about the time so we all be happy! Aurelia ! Thank you in advance!

Thankyou but this is really much more than this

we finished all the work and reviewed EVERYTHING and just before releasing / submitting to Revenu Québec we are getting this error that seems to be fatal!! Do we are asked to sent the print version which is so very very frustrating after paying turbo tax to have to Print a loooot and consume a loot of cartridge ink then envelope and going to the postal office tine consuming extra money and energy and this is the second year it’s happening and nobody can  really give a final solution

then waiting more for the return since it goes into a pile of documents to be looked at by the government 

Common please turbotax see the big issue here and this is not cool at all nor professional or fair!

PLEASE take this seriously before it gets too critical reactions!

would it be possible for you guys to look into your software code implementation and see exactly orge business rules and error management that trigger this fatal error on the first / last name ?

we as clients need more specifics on how to  and what to check to bypass the error and be able in the end to use your software for its primary purpose !

Im in IT and developed many applications and I am persuaded that you can better guide the clients when this issue occurs or let’s hope you can solve it once for ever

wr as a big family are using your software for years now but since this issue is there it’s been a second year we are considering seriously to move to another product than turbotax
