I keep receiving a message saying my birthday is incorrect, however, it is correct. It is 05/27/1972

You need to enter date with the day first and the month second. So you would enter it as: 27051972

I entered the date correctly as 27/07/2019 still throws an error

Remove the slashes when you enter the date. Enter the birthdate in this format: DDMMYYYY. The software will change it for you.
