Can I get a both a PST and GST Rebate for musical instrument maintenance expenses related to employment?

The answer is yes. 

If you work as a musician and you may be required to provide your own instrument by your company, the musical instruments expenses related to your employment are eligible for GST/HST rebate. 

You must complete the GST370 Employee and Partner GST/HST Rebate Application form to apply for the rebate.

In addition, each province has its own GST/HST (PST) rate. You should also determine the rates applied to your calculation.
