Can not open Turbotax 2021 to review return.

I have been trying to open my 2021 tax return but get the following message; "please wait while we verify everything is up to date...".  The message then disappears and the program does not open.  Didn't have a problem originally.

Any suggestions?

Please try rebooting your computer. If that doesn’t work, please try uninstalling the program and then use the download from our website to reinstall it. You can download TurboTax from this FAQ: Where can I download the CD/download edition of TurboTax?

I have tried your solution and still get the same response and turbo tax does not open. Is it possible that some thing on my  computer is preventing the program opening?\

All I get is a robot providing web sites I can not open, and does not address my problem and it is impossible to get a live body to help me.
