can’t access the correct account

Hi everyone, I’d like to ask for some help with a TurboTax issue 

Last year, I created two TurboTax accounts using the same email address and phone number:

  • The first one was for myself only
  • Later, I created another account to include my spouse

Only the second account was paid for, and the tax return was successfully filed last year.

This year, I’m trying to log into the account that contains last year’s filed return so I can carry forward the information. However, TurboTax keeps logging me into the other account (the one that was not used to file).

I’ve tried multiple methods but still can’t access the correct account.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
