If you are referring to the fact that you do not have a T4 to match your Relevé 1 box C.
On your T4 entry, you will put in the province (QC ) in box 10, then enter your income amount in box 14, then enter your EI Premiums in box 18, hit continue and the amount will automatically translate to box C of your RL1.
