Can't netfile. CRA Result Code: N1. Personal info is correct. How can I check if flagged as first time submission?

CRA has confirmed account is not locked and info is the same.

If you are using TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online), you can change your answer for "Is this your first tax return being filed" by selecting Tax Profile > Mandatory Questions from the left side menu.
