I use 2019 standard software and I have downloaded the software in my computer. over the last 2 days (March 9 to March 11) have been trying to netfile my return but as soon as I click on netfile on the tool bar, the page goes totally white and after a few minutes on the top I see "page not responding". I re-tried many times over the last two days with no success. I end up force to close the software and when I re-open it says; " do you want to recover your data..."
what can I do at this time? I think the issue is with Turbotax software.
Can you please go to Easy Steps to the "Review" Section and continue and try to file again.

In order to do it through easy steps, I need to go through all the other unnecessary steps which is time consuming. Also, I don't remember doing such in previous years....
You will need to go through Easy Steps, unfortunately, this way will work.
