Did you buy the Online version or the Desktop/Download version. The license code for one will not work on the other which is a common error seen when they are interchanged. If this is not the case, you may want to try uninstalling the program, clearing your cache, restarting your computer and trying to use a different browser.

It is Desktop version, how should I install it as I download it from the website?
