Hello, I was charged multiple times across 3 payment cards while trying to pay the $30 for filing with Turbotax (6 times in total!) as every time I tried to pay I was met with an error screen about not being able to authorize my card, even though now I see the payments went through. The virtual assistant tries to get me to input a number to be called, however I moved away last year and no longer have a Canadian phone number, and it will not accept my Irish number as valid.
Please help!
