    CRA Result Code 31

    I just got a message that upon trying to file my daughter's income tax that her submission has a CRA Result Code 31.  I would like to fix this so that I can file successfully.

     

    Is it possible to talk to someone on the phone?

    CRA Result Code 31

    Hi Liz, there is a possibility that the social insurance number you entered might not match your daughter's profile with CRA. What should I do if I received netfile error 31? What does this mean?
