Here's the error I recieve when I go to NETFILE in TurboTax .. How do I change this setting.
"The Canada Revenue Agency was unable to process your return.
Our records indicate you are not filing an income tax return for the first time with the Canada Revenue Agency. Please go back in your software and ensure you do not identify yourself as someone who is filing an income tax return for the first time and submit your tax return again.
If you require assistance, please contact your software provider."
Please go to My Info then Personal Information in your return, in the menu on the left side. After your personal information you will see this question: "Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time? ". Make sure that you clicked on NO, the CRA has received my tax returns before, either from me or from someone else on my behalf. You then click on CONTINUE to save your information.

I didn't see this option. Where can i find it?
cant see that option either, frustrating for sure as ive filed in turbotax for 3 years and still having code 32 come up with no way to fix it

yes i remember seeing it when i started the process, after going through and getting to the end, mine filed and sent off, and my wifes cant send because of code 32. following your steps to go back and update doesn't show the same thing, I will have to do her report over again, and i know we have filed here before.
