Once this error is corrected- then you can go into your CRA My Account- to do the adjustment directly.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
I had to Netfile for my spouse first ($0 Income) and then mine went through fine.
Unfortunately this solution was not given to me when I spent an hour on the phone with Turbo Tax and was told to "wait a few days and try again".
@SM841 Interestingly, I tried your way - by filing my spouse's filing (0 income) first. Still, it did not work for my filing. I was still getting the same error. So, I tried two other fixes: 1/ $1 income and 2/ Removing BC renter's credit form. Those worked for me.
Thank you for your feedback, we value your opinion.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
I also had the error 960576 and solve it by doing the first solution suggested:
- Didn't change my BC renter's credit form, kept the information as I had filled previously
- Filed my wife's first (She have zero income, and I kept that way)
- Filed my one after hers.
It worked! No issues!
Your update is truly appreciated.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
