I am receiving error code xml2023 only for one submission, the rest are fine, so there is no issue with my personal info, as shown on other post on this error.

I cannot netfile and received error code xml2023. What do I do?
It's usually something small at the beginning of the return like the Postal Code or hyphen etc in the phone number. You can also try clearing your cache/cookies, signing out of your return and restarting your computer before calling our telephone support team for further assistance. They have the option to view your screen to help resolve the error. To contact them, please follow this link: Contact Us. When asked if you wish to receive an email say NO then say "speak to a representative" then hold the line.
