I have run out of patience!!!!!!
Have used Turbotax for years, next year it will be a different Tax package. This is unacceptable.

Good question. You would think a reputable company like Intuit would be able to fix this issue within a couple of days. Not weeks. There is no excuse for this dragging on for weeks. If they do not offer some sort of compensation for the delay, I will not be using their software going forward. Any competent software engineer would be able to rewrite the code and send out an update in a couple of days. At least provide some sort of ETA. Is it going to be days or weeks?????

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, updates were available this morning. Please make sure to update your software and amounts should report properly for T3s/T5s splitting with spouse and amounts are reported in T936.
We tested it this morning and it's working.

You broke the program. when I open ttax platinum desktop it says update available. The only option is to click yes for update. After the windows security allow, The program won't open. Clicking open again takes you to the update software message and exactly the same thing happens. In short the program won't open, just stuck in the software update loop.
Truly pathetic.
How do I get a refund!!!
