I was doing our returns, and was able to file one, but not the other. Got a message that the account was locked, and to contact ushttps://apps.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/iesl/clicktotalk/ntr.action?RefNumber=12501e.
This link does not answer the question nor does it solve my issue. I only need to file the return. How do I unlock the account?

You’ll need to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to resolve this issue.

I called Turbo Tax support 2 times with this issue. Was told to call CRA, wait times at CRA are crazy with the Covid-19 issues and waiting times to get through were 3+ hours, valuable time I don't have. Needless to say both calls to CRA yielded that my account was NOT blocked. Turbo tax can't fix the issue, was promised a refund if it couldn't be fixed. During 2nd call with Turbo Tax was told that it took me too long to call back and will no longer refund me. After years of using this product it's time to move on to something else, disappointing to say the least. So if you have this issue, don't waste your time calling, just print and mail your taxes in.

When your account is locked to NetFile, then it is only RCA who can unlock it for you.
Please note that when you purchase any TurboTax product- you pay for the product you are using and not to NetFIle your return.
